Dusri qisam mein pishaab kasrat se ata hai or es ka rang sharbati hota hai or es mein shakar ati hai jis ki wajah se pishaab par makhiyan or chiontiyan bohat jama ho hoti hai or pishaab ki boo or zaiqa mitha hota hai.

Uper se maghaz panba dana wala nuskha jo uper tehreer ho chuka hai pilain.

Shiddat-e-piyaas ko rafa karny ke liye pani se baar baar kuliyan karain or gargara karain ya aab limoo ya dahi ka pani bhi piyaas ko rafa karta hai or kanghi buti 1 tola Safoof kar ke phanka kar uper se chaach 10 tola pila dena bhi mufeed hai. Ziabetesi 5 qurs rozana pani se khilana bhi mufeed hota hai or khasta jamun 3 masha pees kar pilana ya post andruni gular 1 tola pani mein bhigo kar nithaar kar pilana ya post andruni gular or khasta jamun ka Safoof hare k 3 masha 1 tola kachi khaand mila kar phankany se bhi nafa hota hai.
Or khasta jamun ko 5 tola ko koot chaan kar Safoof kar ke es mein afion 1 masha mila kar goodh kar qurs bana lein or es mein se 2 masha roz khilana mojrab hai.
Or ye Safoof ka nuskha bhi mufeed hai. Galuye khushk 2 tola khasta jamun 2 tola kushta Qalai 3 masha Marjan 3 masha sadaf Marwareed 3 masha gul-e-surkh, gulnaar, gul Armani, tukham Khashkhash sufaid, tukham khurfa, asal asoos maqshar gul-e-gaozaban, samagh arabi Katira, tukham kahu maqshar 1 tola afion khalis 4 masha sab ko koot chaan kar afion mila kar es mein se 3 masha roz subha ko pani ke hamra phanka diya karein or kushta murakab 4 chawal, Jawarish Zaruni 7 masha mien mila kar khilana ya kushta Faulad 1 qurs kushta Zamurd 1 qurs Jawarish Zaruni anbari 7 masha mein mila kar dena bhi mufeed hai. Taqwiyyat ke liye hab khas 1 adad bad ghiza deni chahiye.
Parhaiz: Qism awwal mein chawal thandy pani or barf ke istimaal se or thandi cheezon se parhaiz karein. Qism dom mein garm or mithi cheezon ke khany se dhoop mein phirny se mehnat-o-mushaqat ke kaam se parhaiz karein. Ghost, anda, teil, baingan or machli wagaira khana or mubashrat karna es marz me muzar hai.
Ghiza: Kadu khurfa, palak tarki, moong arhar ki daal, chapatti, anar, lokaat, seib, nashpati, angoor or biscuit naan pao kha sakty hain or kasni ke patton ki bajiya bana kar khilana bhi mufeed hai.
