Dear Sir ,

I am 24 years of age facing the following problems :
1. Excessive Masturbation from the age of 14 Years of age to the age of 23. ( Almost 2 times a day )
I have quit masturbation only 3 months ago.
Now only doing it maybe once in a month.

2. Suffering from Erection problem since the age of 16 Years onwards when I met a girl for the first time. Viagra works for some time but then because of Premature Ejaculation i have another problem.

3. Suffering from Premature Ejaculation problem since the age of 16 Years. Penis Head is too sensitive.

4. Suffering from Lot of Anxiety and Depressive/Negative Thoughts.

5. Very Low Energy Levels. Feel Sleepy all the time. Very Lazy Person.

History with Unani Medicine : I have been to 4 Unani doctors and did take their medicines for over 9 months but nothing happened.

One Unani doctor even gave me viagra mixed with the medicine. It had instant affect but then I realised that i get same side effects of viagra when taking this doctors medicine. Later I went to him and he said he was trying to help “psychologically”

Another unani doctor gave me some syrup which was just juice. I took for 3 months and nothing happened.

I have come to you with a lot of hope and I am getting married in the next 1.5. months. I have spent so much money just wasted like this running from one doctor to another.

I only have one request , If you can take my case and help me please let me know. If not it is perfectly okay , but please tell me so.

Please don’t mind my words , Since i do not have time and I am getting married i need some urgent treatment to improve my life.
I am tired of trying the unani doctors here. I have faith in the medicine.

Right now since i have no guidance , i am just taking labub-kabir by hamdard industries. Is it okay? Is it a genuine medicine that hamdard company is making?
