Sir,

I am suffering from constant nocturnal emission/Ehtalam. After each Ehtalam i suffer from severe long headaches and desire to eat food as much as i can due to which i become fat. i feel severe contraction in my mouth and head. I think due to nocturnal emission my body is giving up. i have used majun mughalliz from other brands but it is of no use to me. kindly help me solve this problem and give me complete reply and guide of my body current condition.

i am unmarried and i have done excessive masturbation in my past but due to severe painfull headaches after noctual emission i refrain from any type of sexual activity eg: movies, masturbath etc. Please help.
