Dear Dr Saab – salam alaykum,

I am 21 years old & in general good health. I have had the disgusting habit of watching dirty movies/photos and masturbating for almost 10 years. I would be very forceful in the way I would masturbate. About three years ago my erections started getting weaker and I am now at a point where my erections are basically at 0%.

My penis is very weak, the base part is extremely thin compared to the top which is heavy and causes the penis to be uneven and fall to the right. I get no erections in the morning anymore and I don’t even get an erection while looking/thinking of a naked lady. I only get a bit of an erection when physically stimulating the penis for a long time, but it’s sensitivity has become quite numb and the partial erection lasts only seconds. I also realised that my PE muscle is very wewk. All in all it feels like there is no life in the organ.

My libido is virtually non existent. No matter if I think of a beautiful lady or even if I watch a dirty movie or see a naked lady, I do not get excited as I used to and my penis feels nothing.

My habit has wired my brain to pornography and the excessive amount of time I have spent watching it has killed my libido. Even porn doesn’t excite me anymore.

My general health has also been affected. My physical/mental energy has diminished due to the habit and my skin/complexion has gone a little off. But as I am now abstaining from porn & masturbation I am definitely becoming mentally sharper and physically stronger again. Alhamdulillah!

I would really like to get married mid-late 2014. Please can you assess my situation and prescribe me a course of medicine that will heal me mentally, physically and sexually. Due to over viewing of porn and my mind only ever getting aroused to women on screen, my problem is also psychological.
