assalam o alaikum sir m nazir a uni student….. i m 21 nd frm age of 13 m mastributing.. now m facing some prblms…… my penis size now is 5 inch but the girth is not much nd erection is also not proper….. secondly the other prblm m facing is that when ever i talk to my fiance on call some drops come out…. even some time on texting… some time when i meet her face to face i have same prblm….. i can even touch her even if i have a hand shake i got too much wet and too many drops come out…. m much worried.. m having pain in my back frm last few months…. kindly prescribe me some proper medicine i shall b very thankfull to u……. i wanna get rid of this drops prblm as well as proper penis health wanna get it errect and heve more girth nd length if posible… i have already spended a lot on fake hakkeems kindly plz help me as ur younger brother….. m likely to get maried at the end of next year…
sir m also using thyroxine.. i also have problem of diahrea at times…… tsh values according to reports are 44micro unit per ml…..
