I am 30 years old got married 5 months ago. I am facing premature ejaculation problem along with maintaining erection. In the first night of marriage, I could not get strong erection to intercourse. Just up to one day before marriage, i got it properly during masturbation. I think it was due to stress and anxiety as the marriage was done without family consent and i did not let anyone in my family to know about this marriage. Through out the week, i got erection very weak which could not let me to make intercourse. After one week, i started getting it strong which help me make intercourse but not as strong enough which satisfy wife….Also, i cannot keep it more than half minute. Sometime even worse than that. Once i ejaculated, it is very difficult for me to get it again before half an hour. Also, during urine, i found drops of slippery fluid whitish even without a slight sexual thought and even when penis is soft (very rare).
Alhamdulillah, my health is ok. Also, before marriage, i used following medicine without consulting you or any hakeem….. Roghan bhair butti, Ilmas kimyavi, Labub kabir Tila khas 1. To be honest, i did not find any benefit. Need your advice in fixing the problem. Your kind help in this regard is highly appreciated.
