41 years old married man with Premature ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction problem.

I have premature ejaculation since my teen years and it has gotten worse now, sometime ejaculation before sex. When I do ejaculation semen is very less and watery.

When I try to have sex erection is Ok but sometime I ejaculation in few second and penis takes longer to get hard again and sometime it doesn’t get hard at all.

I started masturbating when I was only 12 years old, and continued it until early 20s, sometime masturbating 3 times a day, because of excessive masturbating my testicle didn’t grow/developed properly, they are very small in size (1/3 size of GolfBall).

When I was younger (18-20) I noticed clear watering discharge from penis when I even talk to a girl or kiss a girl and this clear discharge went down all the way to my legs. There is no more of this discharge.

I have stopped masturbating…. (I prayed to Allah (swt) for forgiven for my sins).

Is there any medication I can take to fix these problems?
