i need ur urgent help as i m soo much worried about my sexual performance during sex as I got married a couple of months ago and i m facing alot of difficulties during sex as i used to masturbate since i was 13…i m facing extreme Premature Ejaculation even i get discharge after foreplay when i try to enter. i get good erection during foreplay but i cannot maintain it even for 2 minutes .i m aslo worried as i have low sperm count
i also feel general weakness and weak heart and get too much tired after sex and negative thoughts all the time.
Please help me out of this miserable situation and advice me some good and effective medicine for the complete cure of these disorders.
