hi i am 28 years old married and have one kid 3 years old. From last few months i am having some problem. I discharge very early with out proper intercourse. Some time i discharge during foreplay even with out touching my penis. Some time i discharge trying to enter you know what i mean. Some time i discharge with only couple of stokes.
I am trying my best for other baby but no luck due to early discharge. Its frustrating. can you recommend me any medicine.
I also have constant headache problem. Almost 3 days a week i have headache and pain in neck. So if you can also recommend any good medicine for this also.
