Did you get any solution iam same situation with you, all the problems you mentioned i have, the worst is cowardness and avoiding direct eye contact, Trembling even if 9 year bully me, iam 30 years, all disaster comes from Masturbation there are many articles in online telling like your which always have something like this ” can masturbation turn you into Coward or “Masturbation and Cowardness” or “Masturbation Ruined my Live” The Problem is we Started it very young age [i started 10 years] and doing long time with excessive usage 10 times a day (every day).
