  • Reshmi Kapray ki bed sheets ka istemal na karain
  • Jinsi muharrikat zarurat sy ziyad na krein.
  • Apny zehni or jismani tanao ki satah ko kam karain
  • Pursakoon rahain.
  • Ziyada chatpati ghizaon sy parhaiz karain.
  • Jinsi mawad dakhny sy guraiz karain.
  • Apny sathi k sath sehatmand jinsi taluqat ustawar karain

Ilaaj: (Excessive Nocturnal Emission)

1 tola dawa rozana es mein se subha ko khila kar sheer gao pao ser misri 2 tola shamil kar ke pilana chahiye. Chand roz mein shikayat rafa ho jaye gi or saboos Ispaghol ya Safoof asal asoos wala nuskha jo Jariyan ke biyan mein tehreer kiya geya hai.

Dina ya hab jadeed Jariyan 3-3 adad khana khaney ke baad doodh pao ser ke hamra khilana bhi faida mand hai ya behman sufaid 1 tola behman Surkh 1 tola saboos Ispaghol 5 masha samagh-e-arabi 6 masha magz tukham tamar hindi bariyan 1 tola salab misri 1 tola koot chaan kar misri hamuzan mila kar subha-o-sham 7-7 masha doodh pao ser ke sath dein or jo dawain Jariyan ke biyan mein tehreer hui hasb-e-zarurat dein.

 Parhaiz:

Gosht or garm cheezon se or masla dar gazaon se parhain karein. Andey, chatni, achaar, chai noshi ki kasrat or cigarette piney se or sharab khawari se or mithaion or saqeel cheezon ke khaney se parhaiz karein.

 Ghiza:

Ghiza halki or zod hazam honi chahiye or soney se 3 ya 4 ghantey pehley khana kha lena chahiye. Kadu, khurfa palak, tarai tinda, moong ki daal chapati ke sath dein. Doodh makhan ghee jis qadar hazam ho sakey istimaal me rakhey.

Ehtelam kitne Din Baad Hona Chahiye

Agar tandrust jawan majru shakhs ko mahiney mein 1 ya 2 martaba altalam ho jaye to us ko marz nahi khiyal karna chahiye q k ye mada toleed ki ziyadati se hota hai. Aisi surat me ilaaj ki nahi balkey shaadi ki zarurat hai.
