Dear Sir ,

I am 30 Years Old Male , married.
I have been taking hamdard medicine for a long time but i am not getting desired results.
Please help me.

Case History :
1. Excessive Masturbation from age of 15 to 28.
2. Smoking habit ( Cigarette Only ) . No Alcohol No Drugs.
3. Due to excessive masturbation before Marriage I got severe erectile dysfunction.
I do not get erection with my wife also. Very difficult to maintain erection without hand.
4. I have severe premature ejaculation problem. As Soon as wife touch me I ejaculate.
If i try by hand also I ejaculate within seconds. I have anxiety also and want something to calm me down.
5. I sweat a lot , even in nice weather I have sweat in my armpits and i like cold weather a lot
6. Body is very weak. I have no energy to work and cannot focus / concentrate on my work.
I feel weakness all day.
7. I was given some medicine with Bhaang but that got me more excited and i faced premature ejaculation.

Current Problem :
I am getting very little erection.
I have severe premature ejaculation. As Soon as my wife touch me i ejaculate.
Very Low Energy. Cannot focus and concentrate.
In normal weather I sweat and i get sweat in my armpits.
I like drinking cold water and like cold weather.
Extreme Anxiety. I feel Anxious all the time and cannot keep calm.
No Sleep Problem as such. I sleep ok 8-9 Hours.

Sir whenever i take medicine that give me excitement for sex i get premature ejaculation
and very little erection.

Round 1 Medicine by Hamdard :
1. Majun Arad Khurma + Qurs Kushta Qalai : Morning
Majun salab + Qurs Salajeet : Night
I take this medicine for 20 days but no affect

Round 2 Medicine by Hamdard :
1. Morning : Majun Tila + Arq Amber + Habbe Amber Momiyayee : Morning
2. Night : Sharbat Ahmed Shahi + Majun Nuqra + Mufarrah Yaqooti Motadil.
I take this medicine for 20 Days but no affect.

I have tried labub kabir also.

Please help me by giving the right medicine.
